This question was asked about a year ago, and nothing very profitable
showed up. I had in mind I John 4.3: hO MH hOMOLOGEI IHSOUN, " who does not
confess Jesus", where the similar passage in II John 7 has the correct
participial negatival, hOI MH hOMOLOGOUNTES IHSOUN. It might be argued,
accordingly, that II John has the earlier text.
