I understood it the first time, and thought it was funny. The only
thing that caused me pause was the word "white." Since I don't know
the principals in the reference, I didn't know whether any of our
members might not be WASPs, or even recognise the acronym and the
baggage that goes with it. Being one, myself, however, I caught the
humor and its antecedent reference.
