NT apocrypha

I have asked previously here for recommendations for readings outside the
NT for a "Survey of Greek Literature" course--and rec'd. a number of
helpful responses. I have the course pretty well lined out at this point,
but have a gap I'd like to fill in the survey: NT apocrypha. I'd
appreciate any specific suggestions for a representative reading for this
corpus. And particularly a source for the text in Greek (English transl.s
are easy to find, but I haven't found the same availability in Greek.)
