KJV "The Transls. to Reader"

If I remember correctly, someone asked a while back as to where they
could get a copy of the KJV's preface, "The Translators to the Readers."
It has just been reprinted in the fall 1996 issue of _Detroit Baptist
Seminary Journal_ (v. 1, #2) 269-90.
