THis is a personal thing. If you need to memorize, then do so I guess. But
frankly, I don't really care if my students know when the sigma is inserted
before the aorist passive tense formative. There are always othe
rindicators that it is an aorist.

Why? If you want to write Greek comic strips (like I am toying with now),
okay, you need the words and accents. But if you are like most and don't
have the tim even for Biblical Greek, these forms are not significant. At
least, that's what I think.
