The reason why you find 2 accents in pneumati in Rom. 1:9 is due to what
follows it, namely, the enclitic mou. Enclitics normally lose their accents.
If the word preceding an enclitic has an accent on the antepenult, it
receives an additional accent on the ultima, namely an acute (Symth, Greek
Grammar-- concerning enclitics).
