The American Bible Society has consistently offered Greek New Testaments
cheaper than other distributors. Their home page is:

They also have an 800 number:

Another possibility is a seminary bookstore. They sometimes offer discounts
to working pastors, so if you are one, that may be a better deal for you.
(I'm not, so for me, it isn't.)
