I see in the archives that through the magic of e-mail my "layout" in my
last message - which had all the (1) first or natural birth passages
left-justified and all the (2) second or spiritual birth passages
indented to more visually differentiate between the two - was lost in
transmission and all the verses got left-justified anyway, obscuring the
point I was hoping to raise (though it may not really add anything to
the discussion). Put (1) in a left column and (2) in a right column to
restore it.
