Newbie, here. Could someone tell me what is the earliest version of the
Bible-NT in particular-available in translation (to English), and
include publisher's info etc.?

Also, and I hope I'm not wearing out my welcome here, your opinion of
the best Commentary -again, esp. NT- [w/historical, rather than
doctrinal orientation] available?
