periphr.pf.system

2 quick considerations supporting carl's general declination to differentiate,
as against j. v.'s suggestion:

1. to posit what j. v. posits one needs to demonstrate from settings, so-called
contexts, wherein the forms occur that the one "emphasizes peopleness" where
the other does not.

2. since other modes than indicative in the perfect system will have
necessitated the utilization of the ptc. the lack of differentiation that would
there seem implicit tends to ebb back into indicative mode.

or mood, if you insist. historically, latin: modus.
