I wish to thank everyone, especially Jonathan, Carl, and Steven Baugh for
the interesting discussions and answers to my questions. Unfortunately,
b-greek is far too time consuming while I write a dissertation, hold down
a part time job, and try to be a father and husband. I spend my time
deleting virtually every message I receive from b-greek. Therefore, I
will unsubscribe to b-greek later today.
My e-mail addresses are below if anyone wishes to contact me for any
