Transliteration, for new members

Ben Loomes, and I think one other recent member, asked about transliterating
Greek for this List. Todd Pedlar replied correctly; and as he said, the
recommended scheme is on the Web page for the List.
For all newer members who have not seen it, here is the full statement
about transliteration (follows in a separate post). You might wish to
print it out or save it.
