Yes, I am listening! My recollection of a discussion of Lampe's Lexicon
with my Patristics tutor was that it was pronounced with two syllables,
Lamp/e with "e" like "key" but my memory "isn't always what it used to be"
(Hey! a rhyme). But perhaps our UK correspondents could help us out here.
