I do not know if the old diglott is still published.

In 1985 the WATCH TOWER BIBLE AND TRACT SOCIETY OF PENNSYLVANIA and
INTERNATIONAL BIBLE STUDENTS ASSOCIATION published _The Kingdom Interlinear
Translation fo the Greek Scriptures._

This reprints the 1881 Greek text of Brooke Foss WEst;cott and Fenton John
Anthony Hort. The interlinerar translation is identified as "An interlinear
word-for-word translation into English--1969. In the outer margins they
print _The New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures, Matthew Through
Reveelation--1984 Revision.

This is published by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York.
Brooklyn, NY. [no address given; no ISBN]

I hope this is of some use to you.
