I just received mine as well. The size of them is a bit intimidating,
is it not ?
I can give a simple example of how I found a use for it, and then
hopefully others who like this concordance can help both of us
understand features we may not be aware of.
This is from memory, so please forgive any inaccuracies.
I was looking at the occurrences of KURIOS and KURIE to try to
determine if KURIOS was frequently used as a form of direct address
in the NT.
I knew that some commentators consider John 20:28 to be a form of
direct address, and wondered how often it was used this way.
Someone had also pointed out the use of KURIOS at Rev 4:11. As
I was looking at the entries in the concordance I was not finding
either until I noticed that the entries were sorted by morphological
usage and that these entries had been sorted together at the bottom
of the list. Now knowing THAT was usefull, because one can see
at a glance that the use of KURIOS in direct address is VERY
uncommon in the NT. (Even Re 4:11 has a textual problem as some
manuscripts have KURIE in place of KURIOS and other variations).
You probably have noticed that the syntax of :
morph_type[box]morp_type_used_as is how they tag these occurences.
I would love to hear from experienced B-GREEK'ers as to how they
have used the concordance.
