Didn't you ask this question a week or so ago, only differently?
Nobody seems to want it. Without looking, I seem to remember John
itself uses it in Jesus' words to the Pharisees, where he says
something like "I don't know why I even talk to you EN ARCH" ~ Which
the KJV translates as 'in the first place', to its error, imho.
Well, maybe someone will pick this up...
