Is there a mis-spelling in the last sentence? Do you mean "it
resisteth"--or "I resist"? Of course the latter is really impossible, since
ANTITASSETAI is a 3rd singular verb.
In terms of the context, I don't see the point; in the citation of Ps 3:34
from the LXX in 4:6, hO QEOS is clearly the subject of both ANTITASSETAI
and DIDWSIN.
With regard to the transliteration: it looks like this is copied and pasted
from a Greek Biblical text. While this is certainly an easy and convenient
expedient for the poster, it is not always transparent to the reader,
although in this case the cryptographer may reasonably surmise that " = S.
On B-Greek we don't specify a single transliteration scheme that everyone
must use, but we've suggested three common ones in the FAQ, which is
readily available at the B-Greek web site, or we can repost it on list (we
do repost the FAQ itself once every three months, and new subscribers
receive it immediately).
