character mapping

I am preparing a TT fontset for minuscle Greek. This one has
been a real bear. Since minuscle is somewhat unique, I have
about 20 ligatures in addition to the cursives and the more
decorative uncials..not to mention a few nomina sacra. I can
follow the normal character mapping for the caps as I did with the Codex
Sinaiticus fontset, the same for the cursives in the lower case
keys. The ligatures I have created, however, are a bit
puzzling to assign characters. They are:
a_g; a_i; e_x; e_g; e_l; e_p; e_s; e_t; g_i; g_o; h_n; k_t;
o_u; p_i; p_p; s_e; s_p; s_s; s_t; s_x; t_g; q_e; u_n; u_s.

First...are there any important ligatures I have overlooked;

second...can someone suggest a character mapping or should
I invent one?

Jack
