There is a note not on the etymology but on the use of this word at the end
of my article on the Close of Acts in _NTS_36 (1990) pp583-597.  The note on
pp596-7 reports on usage as found in a TLG search.  The note is shorter than
what I originally wrote - the journal wished to print less info.
