Can't ftp to wagner.musicnetr.... (fwd)
I've been trying to ftp to 'wagner.musicnet.ua.edu' for a very long
time (perhaps three weeks) but I can't get it. Ftp, finger and NcFtp
always say: "Connection timed out".
Has anyone any idea of how could I try to connect?
Well, there's nothing wrong with the site... I ping'ed the site, and I
got 'wagner.etc.etc. is alive' meaning the computer is up. FTP in general
to the site does not work. Perhaps they are working on a problem. Keep
trying. I will try to contact the people in charge in a couple days if
the situation doesn't improve...
