To Larry Hurtado:

Thank you for your kind greeting through private mail.  I tried to 
reply, but my Mailer Daemon returned the message with "Host Unknown."  Is 
there some special incantation I must say over my UNIX to get the message 
across the border?  Please advise!

My apologies to the rest of the list for using public space for this 
message.  I knew of no other (cost free) way to get the message through!
