I don't quite understand what the problem is here. If your reference is
indeed to usage of OY in Romans 7.15 and 7.19, every instance of OY negates
an indicative: in 7:15, the first OY negates *ginwskw,the second *prassw;
in 7:19, the first OY negates *poiw,the second *thelw. There are no subjunc-
tives in this whole string between 7:15 and 7:19.
