2 Cor 3:18

Does anyone have any opinions on whether katoptrizomenoi in 2 Cor 3:18 should
be understood as "beholding" or "reflecting"? Or perhaps "beholding as by
reflection"? Presumably the context would demand some sort of contrast between
the katoptrizomenoi thn doxan and those who still have a veil over their
hearts, but is this because they do not see the glory or because they do not
receive it?
