If I am not mistaken, the NT papyrus in the library of the Monastery of 
Saint Catherine at Mount Sinai was copied on microfilm (along with all of 
the other rare and valuable documents from the monastery library).  I 
believe that the microfilming was done by the Smithsonian Institute.  
Perhaps they could be contacted for permission to produce an electronic 
version of the document.
