Corax and Tisias

I think that one translation would be: "From a worthless crow, a worthless 
egg."  Or, "From a bad crow, a bad egg."  Of course, that is providing that 
the "p" in _kopakos_ is supposed to be _korakos_.

In reading through Dr. Gordon Clark's book, "Logic"
I have run across a phrase which I cannot translate.
It is the judge's decision in the case of Corax and Tisias's
case.

Corax was a famous lawyer and Tisias became his pupil.
The tuition was arranged on the following condition:
  
  If after graduation Tisias won his first court case,
  he would pay Corax a certain amount of money;

  If he lost his first case, there would be no charge.

After graduation, Tisias refused to practice law,
so Corax, being a smart man, took him to court - 
so Tisias had his first case ...

In court Corax argued before the judge, "Sir - I do not care
how you decide this case. If you rule in my favor, I shall get
my money by order of the court. If you rule in favor of Tisias
he shall have won his first case, and again I shall get my money."

Tisias had learned his lessons well too. He addressed the judge,"
Your honor, I do not care how you decide this case, for if you decide
in my favor I shall not have to pay by order of the court. If you decide
in favor of Corax, I shall have lost my first case, and by the terms
of the contract I shall not have to pay."

The judge's decision was:

    ^  `         `  '`
kakou kopakos kakov wov.

I am just a beginner in Greek...
I don't even know if I wrote that correctly...
