My dissertation is finally done.  I will be sending a copy to those
who had requested it.  For those of you who had a preliminary copy of
the Greek chapter, glaring errors (including the luw paradigm in the
overview section!) have been corrected.  Comments and criticisms are,
of course, welcomed.
