David,
Ok, I accept your criticism, I have gotten a bit sloppy in my sight reading.
I intended no theological point of view with "this." It was choosen too
quickly. I appreciate your comments. I need to pay more attention to details.

I am saying "faithfulness" is appropriate in that it is the believers
faithfulness in response to God's grace. It is not "of ourselves" (totally)
becaise God has provided the acts of Grace to which we respond.

I do not intend Universalism AT ALL. That, to me, is a totally unBiblical
doctrine.

I do not limit God in any way, of course he can act in any way he choses.
I do not believe that he acts in any way that will violate our free will in
responding to him.
I do not want to push this too far. "Faith" is OK. "Faithfulness"
emphasizes our response to God's grace.

Sorry, but I have a problem. My Internet provider went down and I may have
missed some of the postingson my question about Baby Greek. I responded to
the mail I did receive directly (by e-mail), so if you did not get a note
from me them my provider lost the note. Could I bother you to repost it?

Subject: Computer aided instruction
I am looking at starting a new project and am curious as to its
feasibility. I would appreciate any feedback you can give me.
1. Would you be interested in a CD-ROM based interactive Greek software
program (text, graphics, music, animation, quizzing, grading, etc.)?
2. It would follow my text "Basics of Biblical Greek" with the following
options.
- You could elect to introduce verbs earlier, mixing them in with nouns.
- You could teach case endings with or without the stem vowel (-os vs. -s).
- Vary the amount of morphology that is taught.
- Possibly add your own exercises in .
Under these considerations, would it be a problem if the program
basically followed my text?
3. Which of the following three options would be best suited for your situation?
a. A _standalone_ course that can teach Greek (e.g., summer classes,
independent studies, home studies).
b. A _tutoring_ program to help your students review, re-explain
concepts to them, quizzes, tests, and grade quizzes and tests.
c. _Review_ for people already done with first year Greek but are rusty.
Clarification: contrary to some, I think it is ALWAYS preferable to have a
teacher in class. Option a, as I see it, is only when it is necessary.
4. Depending on which option you choose above, what features (other than
the obvious) would you consider to be essential?
