A decade ago (or so) I priced H&R at something like $150 from a
European publisher. Then in 1987 Baker Book House reprinted it for less
than $75.00 (3 vol in 2). ISBN: 0-8010-4270-4
Whether it is still in print, I can't say. Contact Baker at their
800 phone number. If out-of-print, write requesting it be reprinted ...
better yet, write Hendrickson, they just might act to print it at a very
reasonable price.
