David, never assume that silence means tacit agreement. Some of us may not
have gotten a good look at someone's post, or simply may not have had the
time to respond in disagreement. In my case, I don't particularly want to get
into a discussion over this verse, but I do think that the EIS phrase goes
with TO KATECWN.
