That's helpful -- I think I'll discard the parade analogy for perfect (it makes
sense to me for present, aorist, and imperfect). The oak example makes more
sense to me.

This seems to suggest that BDR and Robertson are basically sound in their
treatment of perfect, even though they don't talk about aspect. Is this true, or
am I missing something?
