"en pneumati" in Ephesians 5:18 has been rendered:

"be fill in spirit" (Arp 1977:1-56) (Sauer 1977: 53)
"be fill with the Spirit" (Grenz, Nicoll, Bruce, Fee)

Which is the better rendering grammatically and why?
