Robbie, both ARXHGON KAI SWTHRA appear to me as "double accusatives" or
what some call, especially in English, objective complements. They would
be diagrammed after TOUTON on the line of the main clause behind a line
slanting back toward the object of the verb TOUTON. A good translation
might be "God exalted this one to his right hand (as) Ruler and Lord."
Consult also Acts 2:36, "God made him both Lord and Messiah, this Jesus
whom you crucified."
