Web site and formatting: Sword of Truth, Tables, etc.

Some messages look funny in the archives because of the way they are converted.

If you write messages that depend on spacing, hypermail removes the
whitespace when converting to HTML. You can protect tables, fancy
signatures, etc. by putting some tags around them. Use "<html><pre>" before
the formatted text, and "</html></pre>" afterwards:
