Have a look at Fredrick Danker's _Multipurpose Tools for Bible Study_
(Fortress, 1993), the revised & expanded edition. He has a chapter
devoted to Greek Grammars and Lexicons.

I don't have an Anchor Bible Dictionary at hand, but there may be
something there as well.
