And of course in the same chapter of Romans we find Junias - an APOSTOLOS - Junias, as I.H.Marshall points out in his commentary is without doubt a feminine name!

Just a point of clarification here ... You are right about the usage of
EPISKOPOS in the NT. But Romans 16:1-2 discuss Phoebe (a woman), who is
a DIAKONOS.
