Thanks . Yes I do have all of Boyer's articles as well as almost everything
about conditional clauses in the theological journals. Unfortunately, very
few of them have been helpful with respect to the focus of my dissertation.
This is why I specifically mentioned Nutting's article. Most of the stuff
done on conditionals deal with the meaning of the protasis or the tense and
moods in the protasis and the apodosis. I'm looking at the type of
relationship between the protasis and apodosis, i.e., cause/effect,
grounds/inference, equivalence, etc.
