Just a thought:

Because Romans 5:15-16 seems to me to use CARISMA, DWREA and DWRHMA
essentially interchangeably, perhaps trying to draw too fine a
distinction between these 3 terms (not just the two of them you asked
about) may be as error-prone as trying to distinguish between AGAPAW and
FILEW.

The Louw-Nida Lexicon lists all three under 57 (Possess, Transfer,
Exchange) H (Give):
57.84 DWRHMA, DWREA, DWRON - that which is given or granted - gift,
present
57.103 CARIS, CARISMA - that which is given freely and generously -
gift, gracious gift
