Along with the others already suggested, there is "Jesus" published by Simon
& Schuster in 1974, it was published also as a Pocket Book in 1974. It is
copyrighted by Charles B. Templeton. Dr. Ernest T. Campbell of Riverside
Church, NYC wrote: "It soars! Here at last is a harmony of the Gospels that
makes the old, old story live." This work reads much like a novel.
