I would opt for (d) and (e). It appears that there is deliberate
ambiguity in this Biblical passage. Subsequently, there is an overlap
vis-a'-vis the meaning of PISTIS. I think this is the case for the
following reasons.

(1) The articular form of PISTIS frequently refers to the Christian
religion (i.e., "the faith"). Some examples of this construction are:

hOTI hO DIWKWN hHMAS POTE NUN EUAGGELIZETAI THN PISTIN hHN POTE
EPORQEI-Gal. 1:23

DE PROS TOUS OIKEIOUS THS PISTEWS-Gal. 6:10

(2) While I would say that PISTIS in Jude 3 predominantly refers to
"the Christian religion," it seems impossible to divorce "the faith"
from Christian doctrine. Whether one wants to view doctrine as
systematized or not, "doctrine" (teaching) is evidently also under
consideration in Jude 3. This is indicated by the phrase hAPAX
PARADOQEISH TOIS hAGIOIS. The "faith" discussed in Jude 3 has been
'transmitted' to the holy ones. I would therefore view "the faith" as
Christian teaching.

Conclusion:

IMHO, two denotations of PISTIS overlap in Jude 3 (just as they
evidently do in 1 Tim. 4:1ff). PISTIS apparently has reference to both
Christianity and it's concomitant teachings. This does not mean,
however, that Jude had DOXA in mind when he utilized PISTIS.
