Arzareth (4 Esdras 13:45)

I don't have a copy of 4 Esdras in the original.

The RSV has:

<<Through that region there was a long way to go, a journey of a year
and a half, and that country is called Arzareth.>>

Where is "Arzareth"?

What is the etymology (Greek, Aramaic or Hebrew) of this place name?
