To Anyone Who Would Be Kind Enough To Respond:
In Hebrews, the writer writes of entering into God's rest, and draws a
comparison with the children of Israel entering (or failing to enter)
Canaan. What is the symbolic meaning of God's rest in Hebrews, and the
land of Canaan in the OT (heaven? cessation of works?, etc.)? Many
thanks. Off-list, please.
Best in Christ,
Theodore "Ted" H. Mann
