Denny Diehl here with a question on Mt 12:3
"Have you not read" (OUK ANEGNWTE) Mt 12:3
"Have you not even read" (OUDE ANEGNWTE) Lk 6:3
Is there a substantive difference in the two? Is Luke's
OUDE ANEGNWTE a bit stronger than Matthew's.
Also, I'm in need of a Talmudic quote from b. Menahot 95b
concerning David's eating the consecrated bread. Can
anyone post that reference?
Thank you!
