OURANE is Vocative; so IMHO are the other groups addressed: hOI hAGIOI,
hOI APOSTOLOI KAI hOI PROFHTAI. Translate as in KJV or NIV, etc etc.
Only in the masc sing is the Vocative case distinguishable from the
Nominative.
