There is a Windows program, available as:
WCOMPARE.ZIP which was rirst published in PC Magazine August 1995
So it's free, and widely available on the Net -- any FTP search engine will
find 50 sites in a couple of seconds.

The author states:
WCompare highlights the differences in two text files.
It also provides full editing and printing capabilities. WCompare is
designed to work with text files only, and is limited to a maximum file
size of 32k.
