Thanks to Kevin Woodruff I now understand the function of the extra spacing
in NA. But it's interesting that the explanation is not found in NA. In
fact, the UBS 4 does not exactly say that's why the spacing is used in NA,
but you can figure it out by checking UBS 4 where NA has spacing. UBS at
that point has a note indication that NA sees an 'SP', i.e., subparagraph,
at that point. Wierd.
