Dear Chris (and all others),
please, be careful with pieces of "information" gathered from pages
by the popularist C.P. Thiede. His "dating" of P64 - he calls his
proposal a "rediscovery" - is not backed by any methodologically
acceptable treatment of a papyrus as far as papyrology and
paleography are concerned. If you want to read more about the
rejection of his thesis (P64 as the earliest manuscript of the NT),
you might be interested in:
