Font conversion

I wonder if someone could help me with this. I am currently using a
Zondervan bible programme that uses a font called "Koine.ttf". However, it
seems to be out of step with other users, most of whom have other, more
standard fonts like 'Greek' or such like. I wonder if there is a programme
out there that will convert from one font to another, or if there is a macro
that will do this in Word 97.
