well how bout this....
lets suppose that the stem is sta-
that the theta is some sort of wierd archaic passive
and that the ending is just regular-
we get something like "the drippings of the winds complete their purpose"
i.e., the smallest movement of wind accomplishes its purpose...
just a suggestion.
