Mt 12:26 - Why a question?

I'm wondering about Mt 12:26

PWS OUN STAQHSETAI hH BASILEIA AUTOU;
(AUTOU is referred to Satan)

Maybe it seems too obvious, but: Why is it a question? If you say like in
KJV: "How shall then his Kingdom stand?", this seem like an affirmation that
such a reign WILL stay. Or should we understand it as a rethorical question
in this sense: "How is it that we see that his kingdom does stay?"

Finally: have you found another examples of this type of construction?

Thank you!

Fr. Nelson Medina F., O.P.
