No theology, please: PANTES in Romans 3:23

I really don't know why it wasn't possible to keep a response to this
question focused strictly on the Greek, but it seems it wasn't. If one
person brings theology into a post, it seems impossible for another to
resist responding in kind. Please, let's keep theology out of this
discussion and stick to what the Greek can or cannot mean.
